A video and audio podcast on command, sequencing, movement, mental focus, and more on baseball pitching. In today's game you need both velocity and command. Many throw hard, but its command that separates pitchers from the pack today.
Everyone talks about only about max velocity all the time, and on the show we try to focus on the other things needed to succeed as a pitcher such as control, command, sequencing, movement, mental training and character. The show was started because we wanted to promote our smart pitching target called Command Trakker, but saw that people were ignoring many other important facets of pitching. And as more people came on the show, more have wanted to come on. So it’s kind of struck a chord.
Brought to you by Command Trakker, the AI-powered professional-grade smart pitching target that MLB teams and top D1 programs rely upon for automated measurement and training of pitching control, pitching command, and pitch sequencing. Find out more about Command Trakker here.
